NOTE: We do NOT accept returns on electrical components.
Electrical components are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. This includes electronics, switches, PCB's and other electrical items.
What is your return policy?
PNA offers a 30 day return policy.
All products must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to quality for a return.
All orders that are returned within 30 days of being received by the customer may qualify for a refund as store credit with a 10% restocking fee, or to the original form of payment with a 20% restocking fee.
There is an additional 10% restocking fee for all powder coated products.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns may take up to two weeks to process after we receive your product back.

How do I return my product?
Making a return is straight forward and easy.
1.) Make sure your order is within 30 days from the date you received it.
2.) Fill out our online return form HERE
Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
PNA has the right to deny or apply additional fees to any product being returned that does not qualify for a refund.
