Propex North America is the premier licensed Propex distributor and authorized service center in North America. When you buy a Propex from us you are buying years of heating comfort and reliability.
If you are interested in purchasing warranty coverage after your original order you must meet the below criteria.
- Available for
HS2000,
HS2211, and
HS2800 heater units.
- Your heater was ordered directly from Propex North America.
- You need to be able to provide a copy of your original invoice from North America.
- You must be the original purchaser.
- Your original heater order must be within one year from the date you are purchasing this warranty coverage.

Terms & Conditions
This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the Propex heater and the original thermostat sold with the unit. It does NOT cover accessories or any damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, exposure to dust, exposure to moisture, improper wiring, normal wear and tear, or damage during travel. Additionally, if a repair to the unit was attempted or completed by anyone besides Propex North America all warranties will be voided - this includes removing the top case from the unit.
Additional Notes
By purchasing this warranty coverage the bench time spent fixing your unit will be covered at 100% no matter what the issue is! This will even cover us to test run your unit on the bench or perform a clean out if your unit requires one. Our normal repair rate is $150 per hour. However, if the components being replaced are not covered under the warranty stated above you will be responsible for paying for the replacement parts.
All shipping costs to and from the Propex North America service center in Fort Collins, Colorado will be the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty coverage is non-transferable. You must be the original purchaser, and you must provide the Propex North America invoice number where the unit and the warranty coverage were purchased before filing a claim. Warranty Coverage is not refundable for any reason including returns.
