This Propex digital thermostat fits the HS2000, HS2211, HS2800 heaters built after 2015. This is the thermostat that was originally supplied with your heater.
Fitment notes:
- You do not need to replace your thermostat harness to upgrade to this thermostat if your heater is manufactured after April of 2015.
- This thermostat can be set to read in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
- ALWAYS disconnect your heater from 12-volt power (pull the fuse) before unplugging or plugging the thermostat

Here's the procedure for setting the display:
- Disconnect the heater from its power source
- Hold both the 'up' and 'down' buttons on the thermostat as you reconnect the power
- The screen will light up and display the current display setting: GC = gas centigrade, GF = gas Fahrenheit
- Release the two buttons and immediately start pressing the 'up' arrow to scroll through the display options.
- Select GF for Fahrenheit or GC for Celcius
- Wait two seconds, and the thermostat will store the selected display preference
- Now relax and enjoy reading the ambient temperature without doing the math!
